I helped co-develop a cultural coding scheme to monitor and analyze mother-infant verbal and physical interactions based on familial entropy research, closely analyze recordings of mother-infant verbal and physical interactions and to code details into Datavyu, and received certification for IRB for Human Subjects with addendums for research with minors and FDA-regulated research.

    Researched democracy reform and healthcare trends, philanthropy case studies, and criminal justice best practices to support strategy development for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Meyer Memorial Trust, and the Johnson Foundation.

  • Vera Institute of Justice

    Compiled resources, cited criminal legal research, drafted and revised sections, and developed marketing strategy for the Motion for Justice (MfJ) Campaign website focusing the history of American prosecutorial development and the disparate effects of prosecution on Black and Brown communities.

    Spearheaded the influencer campaign, produced 10-page memo outlining 2-year digital marketing strategy, revised policies for District Attorney Office partners to be more inclusive of LGBT individuals, and created training curriculum for prosecutors to understand overrepresented incarcerated populations.

    Researched policy trends and outcomes of risk assessment tools and documented the history of university, corporate, and state prison divestment and re-investment movements in the United States and abroad to inform Smart Justice Campaign priorities for 2020.
